TempSure Envi is a non-invasive skin tightening procedure that can be used on the face, neck, and jaw lines of patients. The procedure works by stimulating the natural production of collagen beneath the skin. When skin is heated to temperatures above 40C, a process is initiated in which the skin begins to tighten and new collagen is produced. How Does TempSure Work?
TempSure Envi is performed using a specially-designed hand piece supplied with the TempSure Envi system. When applied to the skin, this hand piece begins delivering precise heating to the surface of the skin, which in turn causes the skin to tighten and reduces the effects of aging.

How many TempSure Envi treatments are required?
Ideally, 6 treatments with 21 days between each treatment.
TempSure treatments are repeated several times until the desired result has been achieved. Because every patient is unique, it’s impossible to say exactly how many treatments each patient will need. During the procedure, Dr. Pasha will use his expert judgment and guidance to help patients gain the results they want.
How soon will I see results?
After 2 – 3 treatments but it all depends on how many TempSure Envi treatment options are required, patients can expect to see full results within three to six months after the procedure.
What can I expect during the procedure?
During a TempSure Envi treatment, Dr. Pasha will apply gel to the targeted treatment area. Once set to a specific temperature, the handpiece is moved in a circular fashion over the skin’s surface, gently heating the skin and adjusting the temperature based on the skin’s feedback. After about five minutes, the procedure is done! Though full results won’t occur until months after the treatment has been performed, patients can expect to see some results after their first TempSure treatment.
